Growing up, I had my share of experiences with mutual masturbation and eventually some oral as well… But we weren’t gay because we weren’t kissing or doing bad stuff. That’s what we told ourselves.

Over time I realized that I was looking more for men than women… And I struggled with how I could be happy in a marriage to a woman.

That’s when I started to understand myself as gay, and of course I very much resisted it at first.

Thinking back, I knew for sure but denied it around 16 or 17… Accepted it at 20-21 and still didn’t come out until 22!.

  • I’m hesitant to talk about childhood sexuality as it can easily be perceived as crossing a line.

I can’t remember exactly when I “discovered” sex, but I learned more from the school textbooks and classes than I did from my parents at home. We went to church every weekend, so we were more religious than some but not as much as others.

I don’t remember the age when I started to put things together regarding the fact that my penis was good for more than just peeing.

I remember being curious as to why James Bond always wanted to get “front to front” with the beautiful women in the movies. My parents would limit my brothers and I to only watching a portion, usually the into action intro scene before the iconic pistol shot directly at camera, before sending us off to bed; but sometimes I was able to sneak some more watch time.

It wasn’t until a Boy Scout camp experience that I saw other penises of people my age. We shared showers and had a show-and-tell session in the tent.

So that was how I learned, not completely at first, but I put it all together and have been an avid participant ever since!

Of course, to begin with, everything was dry, but over time I started to deal with the cleanup. I shared a bedroom with both brothers growing up, so had to be pretty covert… I thought I was. but thinking back, I’m sure my mom knew what was up.

  • Way back in the day when I played Halo multiplayer video game online, whenever you managed to defeat your opponent that would be a text announcement saying so-and-so killed someone so. Clever usernames were very trendy and Homeskool prom king with a funny misspelling was what I came up with.

    I wasn’t homeschooled.

  • My friends and I enjoy stand up paddle boarding and the ‘J stroke’ is a paddling technique. So it's really just a clever play on words

  • It’s fun and enjoyable, plus exciting because this is all something I NEVER thought I would be doing.

  • I don’t know for sure, you’d have to ask my parents why I and my brothers aren’t. My dad isn’t, but I know that the procedure was popular during my birth time so I was in the minority growing up. People picked on me about it with namecalling, etc

I think it’s wrong to do to boys without their consent. And in developing countries, it kills many teens every year.

The lack of cleanliness is a myth.

And of course, there’s a sensitivity difference. The foreskin isn't "just" skin.

On the inside is a specialized mucosa membrane like the inside of your cheek. And at the tip is a special group of densely packed nerve endings called the rigid band, which is the most sensitive part of the penis. There are other specialized structures too, but those are most interesting.

Try this - compare how it feels when you lightly trace your fingernail over the palm of your other hand vs. how it feels across the back of your hand.

    Notice a difference?

  • At 24 years old I had a super simple surgery to cut that short frenulum,

I wish It had been earlier in my life but no way it could have been unless maybe it was easier to discuss penile health more openly. Maybe this answer helps to change that.

My short frenulum was causing a restriction of far my foreskin would retract before it was uncomfortable - to the point where I would limit myself to shallow strokes or short thrusts.

I didn’t have a problem I still felt great intense orgasms and had satisfied partners.

In a few weeks after the surgery, my foreskin stretched and enlarged to the point where I could have full retraction even while fully erect.

That made sexual pleasure a whole order of magnitude more intense. I never would’ve thought that was possible but it actually amazed me.

And that’s the origin story of my stamina training.

The #1 tip I can share is the importance of breathing. Your PC muscles (pelvic area) are muscles just like any others in your body and they need oxygenated blood to continue contracting. If you’re holding your breath which is super common during sexual excitement, especially when you are close… Well, it just puts those muscles into a scenario where they are fatigued and unable to hold back your orgasm.

So keep your breathing normal, deep, and even to last longer.

Super pro tip: if you’re will a partner, you can use this knowledge to your advantage in achieving their satisfaction. Time your thrusts to preempt their breathing cycle and you’ll hear them gasp and feel them squirm.
